- Logo Customization: Available for ALL products listed in our store. (Laser engraving, silk-screen printing, or custom clips).
- OEM Custom Colors: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starts from 500 pieces per color/model for existing store products.
- ODM Bespoke Design: MOQ typically starts from 1,000 pieces, depending on the structural complexity of the design or reference sample.

Step 1: Project Consultation & Quote
- Select/Design: Choose a model from our store for OEM (color/logo custom) or provide your own technical 3D blueprints/physical samples for ODM.
- Brand Assets: Send us your logo in vector format (AI, PDF, or CDR) and specific Pantone color codes for the pen body.
- Quotation: Our team will evaluate the complexity and provide a transparent price per unit.
Step 2: Prototyping & Sample Fee (100% Refundable!)
- Sample Creation: To ensure the final product meets your exact standards, we will produce a physical sample before bulk manufacturing.
- Sample Fee: A prototyping fee is charged upfront to cover tooling and setup.
100% Refund Policy:The sample fee will be fully credited/refunded to you once the final bulk order is placed.
Step 3: Deposit & Mass Production
- Order Confirmation: Upon sample approval, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Production Launch: Manufacturing begins immediately after receiving the deposit (typically 50% upfront).
- Craftsmanship: Our factory handles precision injection molding, lacquering, assembly, and rigorous nib testing.
Step 4: Quality Control & Global Shipping
- Strict Inspection: Every single fountain pen undergoes thorough quality checks (ink flow, surface finish, airtightness).
- Delivery: Upon receipt of the balance payment, we ship your bulk order globally via your preferred logistics (Express, Air, or Sea Freight) with full tracking.
